Fossette Catering is excellent! Fresh, high-quality products, gourmet, flavorful, and vegetarian cuisine that's a real change from typical caterers. The staff is also very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Fossette is a true gem for vegetarians. The talented chef and owner are clearly passionate about the delicious and inventive salads they prepare. The cheesecake is particularly tasty, but all the desserts are exceptional and offer incredible value for money considering their high quality.

A fantastic discovery! This vegetarian restaurant is an absolute must-try! We got takeout; they offer a hot dish, a sandwich/burger, and build-your-own salads made with high-quality ingredients that make you want to try everything. The menu changes daily. Generous portions at very affordable prices. And the desserts are sublime and incredibly decadent—the cake slices are generous and delicious! Sorry about the photos; the burger's transport doesn't do it justice... The taste was excellent, with very original flavor combinations! I have a feeling this is going to become my go-to spot...

Everything I've eaten there has been absolutely delicious. My colleagues brought my lasagna to the open-plan office, and I've been having lunch there regularly ever since. The menu changes daily, and each dish is expertly prepared. The lasagna, the mushroom pasta, the camembert burger, the arancini, the lemon meringue pie, the mille-feuille, the tiramisu... Each dish has a unique little touch that perfectly balances the flavors. The portions are always very generous; sometimes it's my dinner too, and the manager is absolutely wonderful. And what's more, it's vegetarian—what more could you ask for? Thank you, Fossette!
