An excellent place, cleanliness and a great selection are guaranteed. I highly recommend it. Le Fournil Blésois is a fantastic place where there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The hygiene is impeccable: the establishment is very clean and the staff wear gloves before handling the food, which is much appreciated. The selection is particularly varied. On the sweet side, there's a wide choice of pastries, desserts, compote, yogurt, etc., and on the savory side, the menu is impressive: build-your-own salads, sandwiches, fast-food options, and even complete meals like pasta dishes. I personally tried the pasta as well as the focaccia sandwich with beef and mozzarella. Simply put, the focaccia has become my favorite sandwich—a real winner! The setting is modern and very well maintained. The venue has televisions and seating areas with benches, both inside and outside, perfect for relaxing. A 100% approved spot!

The chocolate croissants are to die for. Fresh bread available all day. Whether you have a sweet tooth or not, come on!

I had the opportunity to use the catering services of this bakery during a school trip to the Loire Valley. Le Fournil provided our packed lunches every day. The quality of the products was excellent, and the lollipop in the bag was a delightful surprise for the children. A special mention goes to the salad, which was a big hit with everyone. I highly recommend this establishment for its professionalism, the friendliness of its staff, and the quality of its packed lunches.
