A very good place that I highly recommend. A beautiful storefront, welcoming staff, not to mention the food, especially the trompe-l'oeil creations; I particularly recommend the cocoa (10/10).

I'm a regular at this bakery and I've never been disappointed! The welcome is always particularly warm and friendly, which is a real pleasure every day. I especially love their salad bar: it's simply fantastic, with a wide selection of always-fresh ingredients to create your own salad exactly how you like it. An excellent place, cleanliness and a great selection are guaranteed. I highly recommend it. Le Fournil Blésois is a fantastic place where there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The hygiene is impeccable: the establishment is very clean and the staff wear gloves before handling the food, which is much appreciated. The selection is particularly varied. On the sweet side, there's a wide choice of pastries, desserts, compote, yogurt, etc., and on the savory side, the menu is impressive: build-your-own salads, sandwiches, fast-food options, and even complete meals like pasta dishes. I personally tried the pasta as well as the focaccia sandwich with beef and mozzarella. Simply put, the focaccia has become my favorite sandwich—a real winner! The setting is modern and very well maintained. The venue has televisions and seating areas with benches, both inside and outside, perfect for relaxing. A 100% approved spot!

If you want to try a double cheeseburger, go for it! Fresh and soft bun, flavorful meat, perfectly melted cheese, and quality ingredients. Friendly service too. I highly recommend it.

I had the opportunity to use the catering services of this bakery during a school trip to the Loire Valley. Le Fournil provided our packed lunches every day. The quality of the products was excellent, and the lollipop in the bag was a delightful surprise for the children. A special mention goes to the salad, which was a big hit with everyone. I highly recommend this establishment for its professionalism, the friendliness of its staff, and the quality of its packed lunches.
