Bakery with very good pastries, but the staff is very unfriendly.

I don't put 1 because that would be dishonest, living nearby I come regularly to help myself in this bakery and the bread is very good. However, it is starting to get tiring to have to play the lottery on opening hours/days. Posted from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., last Saturday, 7:20 p.m. (although "late" for a weekend I had just returned home myself), closed, had to take the car out, this evening, returning from work, 6 p.m. closed . And these are not the first times. You are lucky to have a business that can afford to be closed on public holidays etc. All bakeries would certainly like to be able to do the same. We all have the right to rest, you have a job that is much more physically demanding than mine, but be careful to respect your opening hours or to put a little note if you plan to close early a few days before or to explain that you encountered a problem the same day. It's unpleasant to find yourself in front of a closed door without knowing why. this one is supposed to be open. For my part, I'm going to start taking bread from the bakery near my work during the week to be sure to have my bread when I leave.
