The concept and the food: The ideal place to enjoy a variety of simple, traditional dishes that you don't have time (or find difficult) to cook at home. It's perfect for indulging in slightly unusual dishes (kidneys, snails, chicken liver, etc.) without forcing the rest of the table to share things they might not enjoy. There's something for everyone! The portions: At first glance, the plates don't seem generous, but don't be fooled! When you choose the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), the balance is perfect and more than enough, especially in the evening. The service: Very professional and exceptionally well-managed. I was served by Isabelle, who manages to maintain a brisk pace while remaining very courteous, polite, and smiling with the customers. Prices: The set menus are reasonable and reflect the quality of the food. Good value for money. One last piece of advice: I highly recommend making a reservation! It seems very difficult to get a table without a reservation, and it's practically impossible if you're hoping to snag a spot on their tiny front terrace without one. In short, an excellent La Rochelle restaurant to remember!

20/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic! We've been in Laleu for four years, and this was our favorite pizzeria in the area. The change of ownership has been a success! We were worried, but it's even better! There's a wider selection on the menu, including classics like goat cheese and honey, the careful distribution of the toppings makes all the difference, and the crust is perfect. Thomas and his wife are also very friendly. My sister lives just two streets away, and we've definitely become regulars 😉 By the way, it's now easy to reach them by phone, which wasn't the case before. Don't change a thing, we're loyal customers!

Positive: The staff is lovely, especially Benjamin, who is fantastic. The breakfast is incredible. The hotel's location is perfect. The pool is a huge bonus. We will be back very soon.
