The setting, the welcome, and the ambiance are perfect. The products are of course excellent, and I recommend the mixed plate accompanied by a glass of white wine. I also loved the atypical character of "Mr. Franck."

Myself and my wife Sarah went for 1 drink just before they shut on Tuesday 9th September 2025. So rustic and not one bit commercial. The owner was singing it was sunny. Then we had to leave to catch our boat back to La Rochelle. A must go if on the island I would say.👍🍷

Very pleasant place in the middle of nature, friendly and welcoming owner and team. The prices are attractive given the quality of the products and the generosity of the dishes. I really liked the atmosphere, especially the performance of the guitarist/singer. To all oyster lovers passing through the island of Aix, I highly recommend this authentic address.
