When we opened the door, the owner didn't ask many questions but immediately seated us near the air conditioning. This small detail instantly put us at ease. Throughout the meal, their responses to our water requests and other needs were prompt. What impressed me most was that the head chef specifically came over to ask, "Is the taste to your liking today?" He said that if we wanted it saltier, less salty, or spicier, we could let them know in advance, and they would adjust it according to our preferences. This surprised me a bit. Having lived in Paris for several years and eaten at many Chinese restaurants, I haven't encountered many that proactively care about their customers' tastes and are willing to communicate details like this. Being impressed by the service is even more valuable than being impressed by the taste. Of course, a restaurant needs delicious food. But what truly makes people want to return is often not a single dish, but the attention to detail that shows care for the customer. What I remember most about this place was the perfect temperature. A cold pot fish dish, perfect for summer. This time, we ordered their cold pot fish. The fish was very tender, with a strong spicy aroma that wasn't just about spiciness. The bean sprouts and tofu inside absorbed the broth while retaining their individual textures. It was very comfortable to eat slowly while chatting with friends. The prawns we ordered were also very fresh, with firm flesh, definitely worth trying. The hawthorn iced drink was a pleasant surprise today. We ordered the summer-limited hawthorn iced drink. The sweet and sour taste of the hawthorn was refreshing, perfectly balancing the heat after the spiciness. It wasn't overly sweet, and there was a hint of fruitiness in the mouth at the end, perfect for summer. The ambiance is also part of the dining experience. The restaurant was more spacious than I expected, without the cramped feeling often found in many Chinese restaurants. The wooden tabletops, the trendy Chinese-style illustrations, and the warm lighting created a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely meal with friends. For me, the best review of a meal is probably—after eating here, I'd want to bring another friend back.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Paris. I love the hot pot concept. The dishes are very flavorful and extremely generous. Every time, I have leftovers to take home (I love that I can enjoy them the next day because they're so delicious). The service is wonderful; the woman who takes orders is so kind and makes an effort to communicate in French. This is my second visit. I tried the chicken once and the beef the second time, as well as some appetizers. For appetizers, I highly recommend the chicken feet for the adventurous and the French fries for everyone. The spirit with fermented lemon is something to try (be careful, it's salty). The red bean dessert is sure to please everyone. The restaurant is clean. Absolutely delicious! We loved the pot we shared between four. Being big eaters, we added extra noodles and it was divine. The lady adds more broth if needed. The buns were soft and fluffy. The chicken was very good. Be careful with the chili: we asked for a little and it was already quite spicy, but we loved it because we all eat a lot of spicy food. We'll be back!
