I stop there every time I'm in Rouen; it's been a reliable choice for me for years. The service, the welcome, and the food are all excellent. The taste is far superior to the competition. Go without hesitation!

We came as a family with two children, including a 9-month-old, and with a couple of friends. We devoured and savored the pastries and hot and cold drinks with gusto. Two other positive points: - Upon simple request, I received an immediate and empathetic response; I was able to change my baby on one of their benches without any problem. - The managers were friendly and had a great sense of humor!

My Pub

30/07/2026: I only gave one star for the food because I didn't eat in the pub. The waiter, Jeff, was 🤩🤩🤩🤩 friendly. The service was pleasant and professional, always with a touch of humor. I highly recommend it.
25/07/2026: Good service and good food, the beer wasn't expensive, considering the prices at the door, and we were able to reserve a table right in front of the TV. The music and lighting weren't up to par for what's supposed to be an Irish pub. I watched the World Cup final perfectly.

15/09/2026: We had a wonderful time on the terrace! 😊 A very warm welcome, quick and efficient service, and above all, delicious food. Everything was perfect for a pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back!
10/09/2026: We had a good meal at Toto's Rouen. Simple and quite tasty dishes, but above all, reasonably priced. When we ordered a Pepsi, we expected a small bottle, but we only received a glass (this should be specified on the menu). Otherwise, the chicken burger was very good, but the chicken was a little overcooked. However, I must thank you for the fries, which were EXCELLENT.
