Order placed and received on time, but the fries were soggy and oily, and some were even burnt. Disappointed. Not the first time; even the bread wasn't great.

Still just as good after 3-4 visits, a true American classic with great fries. The owners are as helpful, smiling, and generous as ever. You can also eat in at their American diner-style restaurant. A really, really good neighborhood chip shop! Don't miss it.

Excellent service! I was delighted to order from Chez Steffi's Chip Shop. The portions were very generous, the delivery was very fast, and the meal arrived piping hot. Everything was excellent and delicious. I highly recommend Chez Steffi's Chip Shop; I will definitely order again!

Honestly, I went there and it was great, I really enjoyed it. Anyway, in Calais, it's Goudal or the beach, but there's a 2.5-hour wait for an American sandwich. Honestly, at Steffy's, I had a fantastic time. Give it a try and see for yourself!
