Fuji sur Saint-Maur-Des-Fosses

The food is good and the sushi is fresh; the quality is definitely there. However, the prices are a bit high compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area. The service could also be improved: it's not very warm, which gives a somewhat cold first impression. It's a shame, because the food is quite good.

It's always a pleasure to go there; the service is very friendly, the fish is excellent, and they have some real gems in the tableware—I love it. Since the renovations, the place is incredible; it has a great atmosphere, it's tastefully decorated, and the lighting is perfect. Well done!
