Fujin imperial buffet sur Estancarbon

Good restaurant, a wide range of choices but it is true that some products had to stay a little time under the heat lamps. Which quenches the flavors quite easily on caramel pork or gratinated mussels for example. Other than that, the service was OK, prices reasonable.

I come to Fujin several times a month. It's often very good. But this Saturday August 10: - The prawns are still not seasoned and too waterlogged. - Improve the seasoning of frog legs. - The snails this evening were calcined because they were annealed and therefore inedible. Good but a shame because the space is large but lacks variety.

Delicious and varied cuisine, very reasonable prices and calm atmosphere. Everything to please.

Restaurant good the food is good waitress/waiter quite good however the time for the bars to be refilled is VERY long

We ate very well this evening at Fujin 👍 Sushi generous in fish, a good variety of products, very nice wok (as well as the very diligent cook 😁) and a pretty room. Pleasant staff, in short, don't hesitate if you are passing through and you are HUNGRY! ;)

We eat very well there and we can help ourselves as much as we want, What's good is that you can choose prawn meats etc. to grill. The staff is friendly and helpful.
