Fujiya Sushi sur Bois-Guillaume

I would like to commend this restaurant and its manager. We came to eat as a group of four, including my wife who has had gastric sleeve surgery and therefore eats very little. I appreciated his gesture of only charging her for four plates, even though the other three of us had opted for the all-you-can-eat buffet. This was a very kind gesture and will encourage us to return, as the food was also very satisfying. Thank you again.

I count all my calories. An app scanned my plate to find this restaurant for me. This scoop of ice cream met my calorie quota and it was really good. The service was quick and efficient.

The service is pleasant, unlike the management.

A very attentive team with excellent products. One small drawback: depending on where you're seated, the dishes keep coming, so there's a wait for choices.

Disappointed with this dinner. After repeatedly requesting sushi, sachimi, and maki, nothing was brought to us, while other tables were served. We left quickly, but with a rather high bill for what we received on the conveyor belt.
