The pizzas are excellent, I highly recommend them. The website is easy to use and you can even order before opening time. My delivery went perfectly; I even received it early. Best pizzas in Troyes!!

04/06/2026: Thierry and his team delighted all 100 of our guests during our wedding reception. Thierry was attentive and offered excellent advice for the cocktail hour, menu, and brunch. A kind and professional team, they discreetly met our expectations throughout the entire celebration. A huge thank you!
28/05/2026: I contacted Le Pavé des Halles for my birthday cold buffet. The quality and quantity were excellent. Mr. Sourie's professionalism and helpfulness, as well as that of his entire team, deserve special mention. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed. Top-notch.

08/05/2026: Excellent tasting experience, themed decor, perfect and friendly service. Reasonable and affordable price.
27/04/2026: Nice setting with a shaded terrace but the pizzas were bland and tasteless, which is a shame because with good ingredients the review would be better.
