Fusion sur Angers

We know this establishment very well, but it had been a while since we'd last visited. As always, the food is perfect. Even though some things have changed, it's always a real pleasure to enjoy a meal there. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. The only slight drawback concerns the waitress who took our order; she was clearly not up to standard and didn't reflect the quality of the establishment. She seemed rather unpleasant and lacked warmth in her welcome. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

Excellent, fragrant cuisine, a true delight for the taste buds. The welcome and setting are very pleasant. We went there for my son's birthday and we will definitely return.

The restaurant's atmosphere is truly fantastic. At first, the servers seemed very rushed, but by the end of the evening, we were the last ones in the restaurant, and they were incredibly friendly. The meals offer a glimpse into an exceptional culinary culture. During this dinner, I felt like I'd been on a plane and was traveling with my girlfriend. Of course, it's not cheap, but I highly recommend it for a delicious Thai and Indian dinner.

As always, a unique setting and delicious dishes where each flavor blends harmoniously. I've known this restaurant since it opened on Rue de la Roe (about twenty years ago) and have never been disappointed. The only drawback is perhaps having to plan our visits well in advance, as Thai and Indian cuisine is a victim of its own success. Please don't change a thing! 🙏🏻
