We had the pleasure of getting a table on Sunday lunchtime. In the sunshine, we were able to enjoy the view of the Seine with a very fine house champagne. We had the pleasure of watching the artist (and his team) prepare and prepare the delicacy. It was an experience! It's impossible for me to say which of these many fine works of art was the best: basil sorbet with burrata espuma, the foie gras, the barbel, the lamb, to name just a few. For me, it was perfect. A Valentine's Day on a Friday lunchtime in the kitchen in front of the chef and a team that takes great care to make us have an exceptional time. The dishes are refined, the decor very nice and the team warm. I highly recommend it and even more so when the weather is nice with this beautiful view.
