The neighborhood gem: the chef perfectly harmonizes flavors and juxtaposes textures, a true delight with every dish. And the concept of small plates for sharing allows you to sample as many as possible. Add to that a wine list that takes us off the beaten path and very attentive service. This address is all the more precious because it doesn't rest on its laurels and has maintained its quality since the beginning; we always return with just as much pleasure!

A delight from start to finish. You can tell the chef respects his ingredients and does them full justice. The gazpacho was delicious, rich in flavor, and perfectly balanced. The daily special was excellent, prepared with care and precision. As for the sorbet, it was simply worthy of a gourmet restaurant. A truly wonderful place where the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise make all the difference. We will gladly return. 😊🍽️

Absolute gem in Paris 20th arr.
Family owned, led by chef Iñigo who brings basque flair and incredible restaurant experience to life in a stylish and relaxed environment near Gambetta.
Great food, super wine and a specifically curated spirits list.
Iñigo is clearly a master of his craft. Passion and experience evident throughout.
Must try the Iberian pluma.
Must try the wasabi ice cream, if available.

Excellent place with a very friendly team!
The dishes are meant for sharing, so plan on at least 2 or 3 plates per person.
The desserts are delicious; I had the best cheesecake of my life.

Incredible restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was fantastic. We had the pleasure of chatting with the manager, who is very kind and passionate!
Special mention goes to the desserts, and especially the cheese tart, which is one of the best I've ever had.

Galerna offers inspired cuisine with bold flavors, without altering the natural qualities of the ingredients. The sharing plates have just the right portions. The menu changes frequently and follows the seasons.
During our dinner, there was a misunderstanding regarding our order. The service, along with the kitchen staff, responded with understanding and a gesture of goodwill.
We will return.

If you're missing the best of Spanish cuisine and the spirit of the northern coast (or would like to discover it), Galerna is the place to find it. Refined dishes and elegant décor, a warm and relaxed welcome thanks to a friendly team, all set to a fantastic playlist. Every dish was a delight (one for two people, no more).
