Gigi Pizza sur Mornant

Being quite demanding, I was satisfied from start to finish with this pizzeria. The ingredients are high-quality and well-prepared, and the crust is good, crispy, and thin. An essential detail for me: the pizza is topped with mozzarella, not Gruyère. The Brazilian waitress is fantastic—funny and always smiling. As for the owner, you can tell he loves his job; he even takes the time to chat with his customers. You can feel his passion, and as an added bonus, the desserts are homemade. The tiramisu is exceptional. A great find; I'll be back! 😉
