Good quality pastries and delicious coffee; I would have liked to know what type of beans they use.

I had a strawberry cake on Sunday, September 13th, and it was excellent. Thank you for the treat.

At Gilles' place, the products were of better quality, and today you can no longer find that quality in pastries or cakes, and the prices are very high, what a shame!

Strange traditional baguette, it tasted like it had come out of the freezer and wasn't very tasty.

A warm welcome and professional service. A wide selection of both sweet and savory options. Pleasant dining room with air conditioning. Small tables and a coffee counter in the morning. The fougasse from Aigues-Mortes is excellent. Clean restrooms.

We stumbled upon this bakery by chance. The fougasse was absolutely delicious. We also got three small cakes; overall, they were quite good.

A delightful surprise, discovered quite by chance! We were looking for a place to have breakfast near Aldi and stumbled upon Boulangerie Gilles. Excellent value for money, good local products, and delicious pastries. We tried the brioche and the pretzel doughnut: excellent! The bread is also very good. There's also a large, very pleasant space to sit down, have a coffee, and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, which is always appreciated. And of course, I couldn't possibly leave without a pastry 😅. Thanks to the sales assistant for her recommendation: the Chantilly cream, raspberry, and pistachio éclair was **to die for!** A great place if you're in the area, I highly recommend it!
