Excellent ice cream, as usual. Unfortunately, the service is far too slow and the image projected by the staff leaves much to be desired: a waiter in flip-flops, socks, and jogging pants is not very professional for welcoming customers.

Always a top choice for food lovers of all ages

We ate at Glacier Lu in Istres and were delighted with our experience. The ice cream is excellent, with flavors bursting with taste and beautifully presented. You can tell the products are made with care. The only slight downside was that we weren't served at exactly the same time, but it's a minor detail that didn't detract from the overall quality of our visit. We also really appreciated the family atmosphere. Seeing several generations working together, with a senior member still at the till, is very touching and deserves to be highlighted. The setting is magnificent. As an event caterer in Savoie, I can say they've set the bar very high in Istres. Congratulations to the whole team and thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

We discovered this ice cream shop when we ordered for a birthday. The ice cream creations were beautiful and delicious, a welcome treat during this period of intense heat. After that, we decided to try the ice cream at their shop in Istres. There's a large, free public parking lot nearby, which is a real plus! The outdoor setting is truly lovely. The staff is incredibly friendly. The ice cream is delicious, and the presentation is so tempting. They don't just serve ice cream; they also have crepes and, I believe, waffles. You can also eat there! Prices start at around €12. One small issue, which isn't a deal-breaker, but still 😕, was that a child had ordered a two-scoop sundae with a clown-themed presentation. (The two scoops were meant to represent the eyes and an ice cream cone the nose.) However, they brought him a dish with just two scoops 🫤 Imagine his reaction and disappointment!!! In that case, don't use a picture of that ice cream on your menu! Anyway, we'll go back one day to eat there and give you my opinion on the food! PS: The restrooms are outside, spacious, really well-equipped, and clean!
