Hello, I came to eat with family today at lunchtime, and I felt I should share my experience. As a former waitress, I noticed a rather glaring lack of organization in the dining room. Our initial welcome was very pleasant, but once we were seated, nothing else happened. We ordered two pizzas and a burger, and we waited exactly 45 minutes before being served. I find that a bit long just for food. Looking more closely, other people had been served before us, even though we had arrived earlier, which isn't right. Once our food was served, we had to ask for drinks, which hadn't been ordered upon arrival (and we actually received our food first). The same thing happened at the end of our meal. We wanted to order coffee, but one of the waitresses, with curly brown hair, took a gentleman's order and told him he would have to wait because she had another table to serve. This is just an observation, but I don't think it's appropriate to mention it to a customer. I would still like to thank the waitress with short hair for her professionalism; even though it was her first day, she was always available for everyone without any help from anyone else. Thank you to the kitchen staff for the truly delicious food; we loved it. These are just a few comments, but I hope they help you improve your service. Have a good day!
