We've been to this establishment twice. The first time, we tried the chocolate praline "cep mushroom" and it was delicious. It was truly excellent, not to mention beautifully presented and very well done. The second time, we opted for a vanilla flan and macarons. Big disappointments! The flan had been prepared and then frozen (I imagine for stock management purposes), and the vanilla flan filling had a texture somewhere between an omelet and a cream that was off-putting. You couldn't taste the vanilla at all. Clearly, this dessert doesn't hold up well to being frozen; it was nothing like a flan in terms of taste and texture. It wasn't creamy but grainy. The cookie dough saved the day, but you don't eat flan for the dough! You might as well just buy cookies! The macarons were very pretty, with beautifully made shells, but they lacked flavor. All that was left was the sugar. The blueberry one, with my eyes closed, I couldn't tell what it was; it was just sweet and colorful. The same went for the others (pistachio, caramel, vanilla). It was very disappointing, especially since they looked appetizing, but that was their only redeeming quality. Truly very disappointing…
