Excellent restaurant! The cuisine was truly accomplished. Presentation, choice of ingredients, taste… it was perfect! This restaurant deserves a more sophisticated, warmer, and more attractive decor. But the most important thing was what was on the plate.

Great team, a charming establishment, beautiful dishes, quality produce, a lovely wine cellar, and a smile from the welcome to dessert. What more could you ask for for a pleasant experience? Having had lunch or dinner at Carré des Maîtres in Aubenas several times, I highly recommend it. The consistency of the service and culinary excellence is nothing short of improvisation. Thank you for your professionalism. A pleasure.

20/11/2025: We were immediately warmly welcomed by the owner in a very inviting and tasteful setting. The menu is short, well-crafted, and the dishes are quite refined. The chef's cuisine is imaginative without being overly adventurous. Lunch is reasonably priced, while dinner is more expensive (from €40 to €75 depending on the set menu). Cheese is the only extra (€5). They offer local and international wines. A lovely place.
