Very large with a nice garden, but the facilities are very old and poorly maintained, with some areas being remodeled and new. Under no circumstances should you stay in one of the older buildings, as they have shared bathrooms and kitchens that are awful.

I live right next door. It's wonderful during the heatwave. The park is very well maintained, and I love going there regularly with my grandchildren. It's enjoyable in any season.

Fantastic place for students.My daughter live here when she studied in Paris.Whenever I visit Paris I have to come back to this place to seat on bench close to building where she lived and remember period of studies my daughter.For me most sentymental place in Paris.I love it.

22/06/2026: I walked in for a cold latte and the sweet gentleman wanted to be absolutely sure it was how I wanted it to be. He also spoke very good English. I have never gotten a latte I truly enjoyed because every place uses a lot of milk but I never dared to ask for more coffee. I got my favorite latte from here; It was strong, cold, and with the right amount of milk. They were so nice. I also got a big yummy cookie. I would come by again for sure. Thank you!
