Goku Asian Canteen sur Paris

A world food assortment, chosen on a whim after getting off the 91 bus, following a late arrival at Gare du Nord at the end of a long day. Nice cocktail. Dishes that did their job in an atmosphere more reminiscent of the République district than the Marais. I was more exhausted going in than leaving, despite the alcohol. So: Mission accomplished.

After-work get-together with colleagues at a restaurant that lives up to its reputation. 10/10, Goku's expertise is undeniable. We ate incredibly well, and the English-speaking bartender created some truly impressive cocktails. Excellent burgers, and a special mention for the Thai curry.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared, with a great balance of authentic Asian flavors and a modern twist. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Four friends and I arrived without a reservation around 7:30 pm on a Thursday. We had no trouble getting a table; in fact, we were the first ones there. The concept is really great. You can have a drink (they have quite a few cocktails, although I didn't see any mocktails?) and several other slightly different drinks, including the mango shake and the coconut shake, which were milkshakes. The restaurant offers a wide selection of mostly Asian dishes (bo buns, pad thai, curry, etc.) as well as creative burgers with black buns. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the place is spacious and perfect for chatting while eating. The servers are very friendly; the bartender came to take our drink order right away. The food arrived quickly, and everything was delicious. I was worried about the size of the pad thai, but it was just right. The bo bun was huge, and the curry was also very generous! Finally, I had the sesame panna cotta: it was AMAZING! Seriously, it was delicious! As for the prices, it's in line with what you'd expect in the area, neither too expensive nor cheap. I highly recommend it :)

The staff were incredibly attentive to their customers, the atmosphere was cozy, and the food was excellent! We stumbled upon this place by chance, but we'll definitely be back.

A very good restaurant in Paris, ideally located. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The prices are very reasonable for the area, which is a real plus. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere is lovely. A place to recommend without hesitation!
