The meat is incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and above all, without any excess fat. The homemade fries? A pure delight: crispy, golden brown, you can tell they're made with care. The vegetables are exceptionally fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. Honestly, it's by far the best kebab I've tasted in the entire region. A must-try for lovers of truly good taste.

Where does this kebab shop's success come from?
The owners are great.
Very welcoming.
Everything is clean.
The bread is excellent; it's rare to have such good bread!
The fries are "golden," top-notch.
However, in a kebab shop, the quality of the meat is very important... that's why it's 2 stars (it's rare, but I want to emphasize it). The meat is fatty and poor quality.
I'll be back soon to form another opinion.
Perhaps the owners had supply issues? Or have you changed providers?
