29/07/2026: An address I never tire of. I regularly take my friends and clients here, and the effect is always the same: they're blown away. The concept plays a big part. Chefs take turns in residence every month or two, according to their inspiration, and the menu follows the seasons and the availability of fresh ingredients. So you never eat the same thing twice, but you always find the same high standards: precise flavors, original and unexpected tastes, and above all, the chef's personality shines through on the plate. It's this sincerity that makes the place so authentic. Special mention goes to Caroline, whose advice, especially on wines, greatly contributes to the success of the meal. She knows how to guide you perfectly without ever being pushy. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation.
