It was a real pleasure on Friday to go buy coffee. I was with two other friends. GIOVANNI was great, smiling, welcoming, patient, he explained to us well the flavors of the new coffees in the collection.
Well done sir, good luck in your work Nespresso is lucky to have you as an employee.

My first time at this Nespresso store, just to stock up on my coffee while in transit.
I was extremely happy with the courtesy and helpfulness of 2 delightful ladies at the counter. I would happily visit this conveniently located store whenever I’m passing through CDG.

To avoid ordering our Nespresso capsules on the Internet, we decided to go and stock up in this store... Of course, before leaving, we took the precaution of consulting Google Map: perfect, store open until 7:00 p.m.!
We park in the underground car park, but the Map instructions take us to car park 2C. No problem, we'll walk!
Unfortunately, the geolocation of this store is wrong....and we walk a lot more than expected.
Finally arriving in front of the store, we notice that the curtain is drawn, and a small piece of paper, taped to the window, tells us that a computer problem is causing the store to close unexpectedly. Okay, so it's a failure, tedious return to the car. Ah, you have to pay for parking: €9.50!!!
It's expensive to travel not to bring anything back!
So, ladies and gentlemen of the Nespresso store at Roissy airport, please, when you close your store unexpectedly, remember to update the information on Google Map!!!
And while you're at it, correct the geolocation of your store...

I went to the store m. I received a message telling me that I had a discount but unfortunately it didn't work in store. The very nice girls helped me pick up. Thanks to her.
I come regularly, after purchasing 2 Nespresso machines, I was well informed and I remain loyal because there is good hospitality and good team synergy, thank you again
