They use their own sourdough starter, and everything is organic. They use ancient grains, so their bread is gentle on the gut. I go to great lengths to find homemade gluten-free sourdough bread. With SIBO and irritable bowel syndrome, it's definitely worth it!

A wide variety of breads. Beautiful crust and moist crumb. Guaranteed to keep well. All the pastries and viennoiseries are homemade. It's rare and delicious!
Edit 05/2026: The flan is to die for, and there's a bonus pastry on Fridays and Saturdays.

Living in the 8th arrondissement - this is truly the best bakery nearby! The breads are delicious, the sandwiches, the desserts too - I had to leave a 5-star review when I see the standard of the other bakeries in the neighborhood
