Grand CAFE DES Sports sur Boussac

When I’m camping in the area, this has become pretty much my standard place to eat. The menu is fine, plenty of choice. And everything is well prepared and tasty. The price-quality ratio and quantity are perfectly fine. I went about 4 times last week, each time for a different menu. Prices are good by French standards and perhaps even more reasonably priced than in the Netherlands. The staff is okay. They work hard, so there is little room for extensive conversations. This contrasts with the comments that the staff isn't very friendly… they are helpful and actually quite friendly.

A very nice place in the heart of Boussac. Good food, and the staff, especially Pierre the manager, are very pleasant. We will return on our next trip to the area.

A very pleasant place, the food is good. The owner is very friendly and always smiling.

Mussels and Fries Night, complete with a Limousin rock concert! A wonderful evening spent with friends. The portions of mussels were enormous, the sauce was delicious, the fries crispy. A minor drawback was the dessert: the whipped cream on the ice cream was a little melted, but it was the beginning of the heatwave!

We always receive a warm welcome at this restaurant. The food is good and the staff very pleasant, even despite the heat and the crowds. We also had the pleasure of seeing the former head waiter from La Goutte Noire and Relais St Jacques on the team; he's still as elegant and friendly as ever. We will gladly return.

The food was good, but the staff is not very friendly: not towards the customers, but among themselves they also do not give the impression of enjoying their work. You almost have to beg to be served.

We stopped by for a coffee and received a warm welcome from our server Michaël, with whom we shared a pleasant moment.
