Grand Hotel des Lecques sur Saint-Cyr-Sur-Mer

Beautiful hotel and grounds, very welcoming and friendly staff, and delicious meals!

Catastrophic experience! Billing error... Individuals relieved themselves on my car in the lower parking lot, as the upper one was full and my room wasn't scheduled until 5:00 PM... We've been coming for 15 years, as has Richard A., and I'm not sure we'll be back. It's a shame, because the renovated rooms are very comfortable! Given the explanations and an honest response from management, we will return. "You should always give a product a chance." *I have therefore changed my rating.

We spent a night at the Grand Hotel—or rather, not just a night, an experience! From the moment we arrived, the parking made our stay easy. We strolled through the wooded grounds to admire the sunset over the beach, enjoyed our private jacuzzi under the stars, and, to prolong the moment, had a peaceful breakfast with a sea view. Not to mention the kindness of the staff and the comfort of the room. We'll be back soon!

We booked a suite for one night, from Saturday to Sunday. Upon arrival (2:00 PM), we were told the room would be ready by 4:00 PM at the latest, and that we would be called as soon as it was ready. At 4:00 PM, despite receiving our access cards, the room was still not ready. The hotel was very noisy (like a village festival), and for good reason: a christening was being celebrated in the restaurant (without us having been informed of this when we made the reservation by phone). With the windows closed, it felt like we were above a nightclub. As for enjoying the balcony with its sea view, that will have to wait for another time. This is the second time in a row we've been very disappointed. The time before, there was a film shoot at the hotel (difficulty getting around, noisy film crew, parking lot almost entirely occupied by the crew...). This is the last time I'll book at this establishment, which falls far short of its ambitions.

We went there for the Mister St. Cyr election.

The value for money of the affordable rooms is disappointing. The parking lot's layout makes it prone to bodywork repairs. Overall, the place is outdated.
