Great spot in Sophia Antipolis! The salads are truly excellent, made with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices that keeps things interesting. The same goes for the desserts—there's something for everyone! All at a very good price. Special mention to Greg for his always friendly welcome!

A salad bar with a terrace for indoor and outdoor seating. A wide variety of salads to choose from. Unfortunately, mine was a bit too oily and swimming in salad dressing, which slightly spoiled the experience, but it wasn't a big deal. The small tomato and goat cheese quiche was also tasty. Prices are reasonable and the service is quick if you go early enough.

Sophia Antipasti

12/08/2026: Great bar! The waiter was very friendly and welcoming, and the cocktails and drinks were excellent value for money. Located near the botanical gardens, it's the perfect place for a drink with friends or family after a day at the museum or in the gardens. I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect and even exceeded our expectations, so congratulations and thank you to the sensational team! All our guests were delighted with the menu and the quality of the food. Sonia delighted our taste buds, our stomachs, and our hearts. Nothing could have tasted so good anywhere else! Our wedding was splendid, and we thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism and generosity. Congratulations again, and thank you for transforming our wedding evening into truly magical moments... Delphine and Cédric
