Great spot in Sophia Antipolis! The salads are truly excellent, made with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices that keeps things interesting. The same goes for the desserts—there's something for everyone! All at a very good price. Special mention to Greg for his always friendly welcome!

A salad bar with a terrace for indoor and outdoor seating. A wide variety of salads to choose from. Unfortunately, mine was a bit too oily and swimming in salad dressing, which slightly spoiled the experience, but it wasn't a big deal. The small tomato and goat cheese quiche was also tasty. Prices are reasonable and the service is quick if you go early enough.
