"A truly enchanting interlude at L'Aubépine. We spent a memorable evening in a magnificent setting. The cuisine is as surprising as it is delicious, enhanced by refined tableware that adds to the visual pleasure. I had already tried the bistro section.
The fine dining section confirms the exceptional, sophisticated cuisine, featuring high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and a layering of flavors that explode in the mouth.
A minor drawback was the slightly slow service. It's a new opening, so they're still finding their feet... It can only improve.
Thank you for the warm welcome and the intimate atmosphere.
We greatly appreciated the clean, minimalist decor.
Everything makes you want to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beef fillet with homemade mashed potatoes and morel sauce; the dessert was also excellent. Appetizers were served while we waited.
