The first course with foie gras was rather cheap. The portion was far too small. It lacked something in terms of flavor. On the other hand, the langoustine carpaccio, an option at €15 on the €85 menu, was a delight.

It had been a very long time since we'd eaten in a restaurant where we left the table feeling completely full. The dishes were very generous and hearty. What a delight! Absolutely flawless. The dishes are true works of art, beautifully presented. The flavor combinations are bold, perfectly executed, and the ingredients are impeccably fresh.
The wine pairing suggested by the server enhanced each course of the menu with some truly wonderful discoveries. A huge congratulations to the Chef and his entire team for this exceptional experience. A must-visit for lovers of fine cuisine! We will definitely be back.

We had dinner at the Brasserie de l'Aubépine, just outside Soissons. We thoroughly enjoyed the setting and atmosphere. The staff were simply perfect in their welcome, advice, and attentiveness. The menu offered carefully selected dishes, and the meal itself was delicious. A big thank you for a wonderful experience that will remain in our memories.
