Exceptional! Our second experience at the restaurant's fine dining establishment. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert, each dish was exquisite and delighted us. Thank you to the head waiter for his explanations and attentiveness, and thank you to the chef and owner for his Michelin-starred service. The best restaurant in the Soissons area. Bravo and congratulations!

A chef inspired by the flavors of the region. A very minor drawback regarding the decor, a little bland for my taste.

"A truly enchanting interlude at L'Aubépine. We spent a memorable evening in a magnificent setting. The cuisine is as surprising as it is delicious, enhanced by refined tableware that adds to the visual pleasure. The service is simply impeccable: an attentive, pleasant team who offered excellent advice on food and wine pairings. A place to recommend without hesitation!"
