We had dinner at the Brasserie de l'Aubépine, just outside Soissons. We thoroughly enjoyed the setting and atmosphere. The staff were simply perfect in their welcome, advice, and attentiveness. The menu offered carefully selected dishes, and the meal itself was delicious. A big thank you for a wonderful experience that will remain in our memories.
A wonderful experience, excellent value for money. Beautifully presented dishes made with high-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. All this on a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the cool of an August evening.
We stumbled upon this place by chance and were impressed. The pictures on TripAdvisor no longer reflect the restaurant as it is today, which in my opinion is on par with a Michelin Guide entry. We'll gladly return.
