I highly recommend this restaurant. It's a delight, a delightful array of dishes at a reasonable price. Just when you think it's over, more arrives with finesse, a discovery of flavors. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience; it was recommended to me, and I wasn't disappointed.
Another fantastic lunch at L'Aubépine. The food is as excellent as ever, and the service is friendly and quick (a real plus at lunchtime when time is tight).

We had a wonderful time with friends enjoying a tasting menu bursting with surf and turf flavors, with service worthy of a gourmet restaurant and a good selection of champagnes and wines. A real gem for the Soissonnais region. Kudos to this young chef and his team.
Air-conditioned dining room with just a few well-spaced tables, refined and welcoming decor. Professional, discreet, friendly, and helpful service. Truly gourmet cuisine with beautiful presentation and harmoniously blended flavors. The asparagus ice cream was divine, as were the turbot and the squab. A very comprehensive and impressive wine list featuring some truly exceptional vintages. A Michelin star would be well-deserved.
