The fundamentals are there. Good meat, return of the welcome salad, warm atmosphere around the wood fire, honest gourmet coffee. The only small regret: the andouillette is no longer as tasty as before and there is no longer the grape mustard, the chain's signature. Finally, note that the interior and furniture deserve a refresh.
