Friendly restaurant, but the service was rushed and impersonal. The wood fire was great, but seeing the ground beef patties taken out of the plastic wrap right in front of us was really disappointing. My daughter can get very sick from gluten (celiac disease), and when I asked the waiter for information about the products, I was told, "Madam, it's busy, I don't have time to look at the labels." Shameful! 😡 The cheese salad was served without dressing or croutons. The flan was really bad. The grilled steaks and ice cream were okay.

We went last night, a group of six including two children. There was a small issue with the arrival of the non-alcoholic drinks. The problem was resolved very quickly. The staff was excellent throughout the entire service, very welcoming and helpful. The food was very good and the service was fast. They offered a gesture of goodwill without us having to ask after the incident, which was very professional. I will be back very soon. I also want to thank the manager for the kind gesture towards my daughter at the dessert course.
