A generous chef. Continue with your grilled menu of 2 or 3 meats and 1 or 2 grilled fish. And update your vegetarian menu every week... the menu with more starters and unlimited vegetables and just one or two homemade desserts... and the rest, with the chef's kindness, is enough.
