09/07/2024: Since it was close to my house, I often went there to eat bone hangover soup. I haven't been there for a while and it's not the Bone Haejangguk I used to know. Originally, I liked it because it tasted like a single serving of gamjatang because it had beef and perilla seeds, but the bone haejangguk I ate today tasted like bean sprout kimchi soup because it had kimchi and bean sprouts, and the vaguely sour taste of kimchi bothered me the whole time I was eating it. I wanted to give it 3 points just for the taste, but there were a lot of bones, so I left it at 4 points. I really wish I could go back to the old recipe🙏🏽 ——————————————————————————— The bone haejangguk I came back to after a month was close to perfection. Highly recommended! ——— I went again after a month and it was just as delicious. ——— I don't know if it's a summer-only menu this time, but there was samgyetang, so I tried it. There was a whole chicken that was just the right size to eat alone. It was filled with rice and was the perfect samgyetang I was looking for. This is a dish I always look for at other restaurants every summer, so it was nice to be able to try it at Sambuza. If you like samgyetang, you can order it without hesitation. 2024.07.09 ———

20/02/2024: The black rice in the bibimbap is really delicious!! It’s a change from white rice bibimbap, I love their recipe! The japchae is also very good and well seasoned!!
