Nothing to complain about, everything is simply perfect! The atmosphere, the dishes and the welcome are impeccable. Fresh, locally sourced products are highlighted, and the beautiful wine cellar is a real plus for wine lovers. It’s a warm and friendly place where you feel good, like at home, I enjoy coming whether as a couple or with friends. Each time you pass through Saint-Hippolyte, a stop at Gusanillo is an obvious choice!

We were quite well received, the dishes were just super good, we had a great time! Only small negative point, I think the young waiters/bartenders could smile a little more… we had the impression of disturbing them (to be polite), but apart from that the welcome overall was very good! I recommend this establishment

Beautiful terrace with a good welcome. Service a little long. Order drinks to wait for the dishes but everything arrives at the same time after 1/2 hour... but we quickly forget because the cooking is made with producers. Excellent meat, homemade fries, Cevennes goat cheese in the spotlight. Varied and copious pizzas with the possibility of taking away if not finished. We will come back 😉
