Haagen Dazs sur Grenoble

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS PLACE!! Staff is REEEALLY nice, deserts and ice cream were the best things ever. I would absolutely recommend this place, dont go in Grenoble if you’re not going to go here. Not much of a french speaker but they were so nice about my weird accent. Prices are not that bad either, paid like 27€ for 8 people, we had it all. I love love looooooove this place.

A really great place in the center of Grenoble for a quick stop. The waiter, Jude, is just fantastic—kind and always smiling. He made the experience even more enjoyable (compared to his less friendly colleague).

We had a fantastic time at Häagen-Dazs Grenoble! We came for milkshakes and received a very warm welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive. The milkshakes were delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Hello, it had been a long time since I'd had ice cream, so I was in town and decided to go to the famous Häagen-Dazs, which everyone raves about. The service was very good, the shop was clean, and I ordered a "Flower Blossom," a sundae in a cone filled with three scoops of sorbet, whipped cream, and some fresh fruit. It was okay, but nothing special; the taste wasn't heavenly, like everything else on this earth. As for the portion size, it could feed three sparrows or three tits, and the price is quite high for such a small amount (€7.90). With all due respect, the service and cleanliness were there, but the prices and the quality weren't. At that price, you might as well go to a supermarket; you get more for less. Goodbye and never again.

Really good Dessert experience. Jude was really nice in explaining all the options and ingredients, recommended us great desserts. The hot chocolate with cookies was really delicious and the infant menu ice cream is the perfect top off. Andre is really sweet too. A must visit if you're in Grenoble.
