01/06/2026: The chocolate sauce is delicious, the welcome genuinely warm. Just like everything else about this restaurant. And if you're like me and love sweet and savory combinations, they don't just do that, but they excel at it. A glass of Maury with the cheese "my way" is pure bliss for the taste buds. I highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: Warm atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent food. The poutine is very good and authentic (I'm Canadian, after all!). The seared salmon was also very good. The dill flavor was quite pronounced. Don't miss the chance to chat with the owner, who is super friendly and full of stories!

22/04/2026: It's truly a home-style kitchen, run by the chef and his wife, offering delicious dishes. We tried their signature dish, "lamb shank," as well as the beef dish served on skewers. Both dishes were tasty; however, at €27 each, we expected a more generous portion (especially the skewer). Furthermore, the dishes didn't come with any vegetables.
Aside from that, the welcome was very warm and the service was quick.

08/07/2026: As usual, it's very good and open very often, until late. Even in winter it's warm because the dining room is on two levels and has many tables. I come back often.

19/05/2026: The meal was very good and inexpensive. I saw the previous comments about the owner's behavior towards women.
Our servers enjoyed chatting, which was very nice, but you do have to put up with their offbeat humor. There were also a few inappropriate gendered remarks (like "mild sauce for the ladies, hot sauce for the men") from one of the servers. A few things could be improved, but the food was good.

03/07/2026: A wonderful evening spent at L'Aiguillage. The cuisine was gourmet and elegant without being pretentious, with subtle blends of flavors and delightful little surprises. The portions weren't huge, but they were enough for my moderate appetite that evening ;-) : if you get peckish, don't skip the starter!
Special thanks for the kindness of waiting for me until 9:20 pm after my train was delayed!! Thank you to the whole team.
