A wonderful surprise, as we were supposed to eat at a couscous restaurant that was closed, so... I ate there last night with my son... And there: Excellent service, the manager was very professional and attentive. With a keen eye, he made sure everything went perfectly. The vegetables in the broth were delicious, and what can I say about the kebabs and merguez sausages, which were excellent... I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return with friends who will certainly not be disappointed. Thank you again, sir.

Magnificent restaurant!! The couscous is succulent, authentic, and very generous. The meats are high-quality and flavorful. I challenge you to find a better couscous in Paris than this one. Go without hesitation!

While on a two-day layover in Paris, I discovered Aux Brochettes near my hotel, and I’m really glad I did. I ordered the Couscous Maison with a beer, and it was absolutely delicious. The couscous came with generous portions of perfectly cooked meat—chicken, merguez, beef, and brochette—and honestly, it was more than enough for one person. The atmosphere made the experience even better. Hakim, the manager, was incredibly warm and welcoming. He runs the restaurant with his family—his wife, children, and father were all there—which gives the place an authentic, homey vibe. To top it off, Hakim kindly offered me a coffee on the house. Great food, great people, and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re in Paris.
