The staff were so friendly~ Yukhoe is red pepper paste yukhoe? It was the same and delicious. But the texture was different from the raw meat eaten in Korea. Gamjatang was below my expectations.. ㅠㅠ It was spicy but salty and I was very disappointed. But there was a lot of meat in the meat haha. I'm going to try soup next time~~

Very good restaurant. The flavors and tastes are there. Pleasant atmosphere and neat setting, we were surprised by the flavors present in the dishes of this Korean restaurant. The portions are generous and you come away with overall satisfaction. I can only recommend this restaurant with the advice to arrive early or make a reservation because its success makes it an important influence.

I enjoyed it, their Japchae was a success as well as their beef tartare which was well seasoned and spicy, it was very good, I recommend it with my eyes closed. Friendly staff who took the initiative to bring me a spoon to finish the rice with the soup without me asking. I will come back with pleasure to try other dishes!

Songsan is by far my favorite Korean restaurant in Paris. I can't even count the number of times I've been there but we must easily exceed fifty. I go back there at least once every two months. I admit that at first I only went there for lunch because they have a really very affordable lunch menu (at the time €15 for the most expensive lunch menu, now €17. No one is at the sheltered from inflation...) but since last year I have also been going there in the evening to "force" myself not to always eat the same thing and to try new dishes. My big favorite at Songsan is their pork bulgogi which is served in a cast iron pot and which is very generous in meat and vegetables (onions and carrots). It's quite spicy so now I have it with soy sauce and ask for hot sauce so I can measure it myself. The beef bulgogi is just behind and you can cook your raw beef in a broth that is delicious! Their accompaniments are delicious (especially the kind of slightly candied potatoes, please never stop making them!). I tried quite a few dishes and apart from these two, also taste the pork loin barbecue (to grill yourself and eat like in Korea, in a salad leaf with toppings), salmon with soy sauce or noodles with black bean sauce (not super sexy but delicious). As for starters, the mandous are very good and I was also able to taste the fried chicken (to share because there is a large quantity!) which is super crispy and very spicy/sweet. On the other hand, I love garlic but the doses are a little excessive. However, you can just not eat it and it doesn't spoil the dish at all. The setting is pleasant, the restaurant quite large and air-conditioned. On the other hand, remember to book in advance because the restaurant can sometimes be a victim of its success. Service-wise it wasn't great before (I came back mainly for the food) but it has improved quite a bit in recent years and the servers are much nicer. On the other hand, sometimes they don't speak French very well so you have to remember to be clear and concise. If a somewhat "dry" service bothers you (I don't as long as the food is good and it's polite), Songsan may not be the place for you. In summary: excellent cuisine, a friendly setting, mixed service but which is outweighed by the quality of the cuisine. Really go there because you won't be disappointed with the dishes.

Team is friendly Kitchen is good

The taste of Korean food that I encountered in 10 days was incomparable to the taste of the Chinese restaurant I visited when I was tired of the local food in London and Rome. Even though it was lunch, I was craving soju, so I drank two bottles and took a nap at the hotel. Other than being embarrassed because it was the next morning, I was very satisfied. In particular, I thought Jjambbong would be a frozen food, but the flavor of the homemade soup satisfied me beyond my expectations. I remember the stir-fried anchovies served as a soju snack.

Songsan is also one of the Korean restaurants I frequent regularly, their dishes are all delicious. However, there is some kind of mixed noodles that I can't get used to, the sauce is too thick and salty in black color. You must reserve your place in advance.

I ordered dolsot ribs and sundae soup, and both were very delicious. The staff are friendly and many foreigners come here. The food was delicious so I think I will visit again next time^^

I tried it twice and enjoyed it both times. Korean cuisine perfectly executed and very tasty. Favorite for chicken ravioli 💘 Be careful sometimes very spicy for weak people like me (kimchi and tteokboki)
