The value for money is excellent! The meat at Luc Lac is very tender, and the Pho is very flavorful! We can taste the true flavors of Vietnam. Besides, I love coming to take advantage of the incredible happy hour (30% off bottles of wine and champagne every day from 4 pm to 8 pm). Thank you, Hanoi, and thank you to the chef for his work!
