Petit restaurant Viet à deux pas de la place Victor Hugo à Paris, petite carte suffisante de spécialités, décoration modeste, cuisine fraiche (salades Viet , Bo Bun, nems… service efficace assuré par une seule personne, carte des boissons Ok… clientèle de bureaux le midi… bon repas

Une envie de restaurant asiatique le premier sur notre route ne nous a pas déçu. Accueil souriant, commande rapide, très vite déposée en table. Noodles (en bouillon) au bœuf épicé 🌶️. Pad Thai au poulet et cacahuètes très apprécié (non épicé). C’est simple, rapide et bon. Tout le personnel de salle est très présent et plaisant.

11/11/2024: I am in love with Bulgogi and I have tried it in almost 10-12 Korean restaurants here in Paris; in this Korean restaurant located a stone's throw from metro 10; as a starter, I tasted a salad with shrimp, crab and squid and what was interesting for me was that this salad was served hot which I liked, delicious and juicy with a mixed sauce; for dessert I ordered the Korean shaved ice which was also excellent 👅on the other hand about the Bulgogi, it has no taste, no flavor; I mean I didn’t smell any soy, sesame oil, garlic or pepper… In terms of price, not very high, not low price, Bulgogi at 19€ The waitresses were very kind and attentive, I thank them for their welcome

10/09/2024: In addition to the superb decor and the most cheerful welcome (a rare commodity these days!!), it was an explosion of flavors and originality from starter to dessert. Thank you to the Chef for this great discovery. Address to keep of course!!!
