I really enjoyed this unassuming little restaurant. I was expecting a typical place. While waiting for a concert nearby, my friend and I stopped for a bite to eat, and I was pleasantly surprised by the owners' smiles. It's not exactly the most cheerful neighborhood, I must say. I ordered the Loclac rice. A common dish, but easy to mess up. Here, it was delicious. The service was good, the decor was nice, and the food left a lasting impression. I recommend it.
