Hearty portion, quick service. It's not fine dining, but for the price it's worth a visit.

Pho beef was excellent, we did takeout and it was very quick, I waited maybe 5 minutes at most. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My partner felt under the weather and the pho helped him feel better. Broth was super flavorful. Only 25 euros for two. Highly recommend.

Amazing food and service. I got takeout and they were so considerate throughout. I have a little one I had to consider and they made excellent recommendations for her. The boeuf pho (sp1) was out of this world. As soon as I tasted the broth, I was wowed. So flavorful and layered. The tofu and vegetable bun che great and my 15 month old loved it. We also loved the coconut milk dessert, not too sweet but very refreshing. Highly recommend.

A great Vietnamese restaurant right in the city center, just next to Paris 1. I go there very often, almost every week, especially on Tuesdays between classes, and it's become a real little ritual that I always look forward to. The dishes are delicious and, above all, very authentic. The pho is excellent: I particularly recommend the three-meat pho with beef meatballs, marinated beef, and raw beef, which is truly delicious. The beef pho is also very good. The stir-fried noodles are also excellent, especially the shrimp ones. I also really like the fried appetizers, which are very good and sometimes original—the fried shrimp dumplings, for example, are a very pleasant surprise. The spring rolls served with salad and dipping sauce are particularly well done: they are crispy, fragrant, flavorful, and very fresh. The service is also excellent. The manager is very warm, welcoming, and always accommodating. The location is also very convenient. In short, I love this place and I recommend it without hesitation.

I'm changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars since the restaurant has improved quite a lot and did not increase the prices. Bo bun became much better (special recommendation for B8). Staff is still the same, lovely, restaurant is clean and proper and it is getting more and more busy every time we visit it. I've been coming here regularly for more than 2 years and I love seeing the improvement. Pretty sure this is the first time I've changed my review for the better. Well done! Old review: Pretty good food. The Beef Bo bun was good, but not the best I've tried. They are quick and the staff is lovely. Soy milk drink is good, but very sweetened so be aware if you are avoiding sugar. Prices are average for Paris. Overall a good place.

Finally, a Bo-Bun that doesn't pretend to be a work of art in a contemporary art gallery. It's hearty, it's delicious, and at €12.50, it's the best buy in the 6th arrondissement. My stomach approves, and so does my wallet.
