Hauky sur Paris

My favorite braised food shop. Even though the staff has changed, the taste is still the same. I'll definitely go again.

Excellent rotisserie. I haven't lived in the neighborhood for 20 years, but I make a point of going back to Hauky's whenever I can. I love their Peking duck, their pork tongue (I discovered it here when I was a teenager, and I haven't had better since), and their spring rolls. It's true that the service was sometimes a bit cold; that's the only downside, in my opinion. I appreciate being able to discover dishes I'm not familiar with. I'm going there later and I don't understand the negative comments about the quality. Perhaps they're from competitors in the neighborhood (there are loads of them)? I recommend coming and seeing for yourself. For me, it's one of my must-try spots!
