Hayaci sushi sur Vincennes

Great restaurant, wonderful welcome, impeccable service, very clean too

We went there somewhat randomly, as we were passing through Paris and had a craving for sushi. We weren't expecting much, but we were extremely surprised! The prices are reasonable and the quality is very good. The ingredients are tasty and fresh, made with care and skill—you can taste it. We especially loved the skewers, which were, for once, homemade! Usually in restaurants, skewers are frozen, tough, and tasteless, but definitely not here. The meat is juicy and melts in your mouth, and the cheese is flavorful... Truly perfect. The miso soups are good, although surprisingly under-salted. But honestly, go for it and experience it!
