HD Diner Gare de l'Est sur Paris

People go there mainly for the iconic atmosphere of Bouillon Chartier, not for its cuisine. The food is decent, however, and the service is very pleasant. And above all, the restaurant's strong point: quick meals at low prices.

You eat here just like at home, in a welcoming atmosphere within a well-established restaurant. The decor is lovely, transporting you to a certain era of France (the 1920s or 1930s?). As for the food, it's a sure thing. Simple, traditional and everyday dishes (like spaghetti bolognese) that are sure to please. All this for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it ❤️

Anthony gave us a warm welcome; he even offered to carry my bag, as I'd just come back from the Pyrenees (I even saw marmots there, but I digress...)! A truly wonderful guy! Then we were served by the handsome Abdeslam, funny and kind, perhaps a mathematician in his spare time ;) We felt right at home and very well looked after! The food was delicious and the prices very reasonable, especially with Anthony and Abdeslam there to welcome you and make your day :)

We dined here just before our return journey to Brussels on the Eurostar. We had a delicious meal and received top-notch service from our friendly waiter, Greg. Thank you, Greg, for your excellent and attentive service. You made our Bouillon experience complete. Until next time!

A Parisian institution representing French cuisine. We were in a bouillon, enjoying a worker's dish at an affordable price and in generous portions. The profiterole was beautifully presented and worth the trip. There was no wait at this bouillon on the day of our visit, unlike at other well-known ones. The dining room was noisy, and thanks again to waiter number 26.

Delighted with my experience and the welcome I received at Bouillon Gare de l'Est. Anthony and Malik treated us like royalty. However, please bring back the rosette sausage!
