A coffee in its original form, an authentic owner who is often misunderstood, given the many comments. Yes, he's old, and yes, he doesn't always bother with politeness—and probably doesn't care about Google reviews—but the terrace is one of the most pleasant, quiet, and best-exposed in Toulouse. I didn't have cash to pay for my coffee, and he didn't have a credit card machine. He trusted me and offered to come by later. Trust. It's worth more than polite phrases to earn stars. So here are mine. (And he's always very friendly!)
