Heng-Lay sur Paris

I was pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant. The food was very good. I ordered a pad thai which was delicious with plenty of chicken. The spring rolls were super crispy. Excellent value for money.

We had a pleasant meal at this Cambodian restaurant. The staff were polite and attentive, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. We tried a tamarind-based Cambodian soup (similar to somlor machu, the traditional sour tamarind soup) and a Vietnamese phở bò. The tamarind soup had a clean sourness, light broth, and fresh herbs, making it both comforting and refreshing. The phở bò was well prepared, with a clear broth and tender beef slices, and the portion size was more than sufficient. Overall, the food was good, portions were adequate, and the service was courteous. A simple but enjoyable dining experience

And what if the best Vietnamese sandwich is right here! The pork one is amazing: perfectly marinated meat, all the condiments are just right, a small Sino-Cambodian house run by a woman with other women, one of the best value-for-money options in the 13th arrondissement, a great selection of soups including a flavorful broth (the family are butchers). Everything here is homemade; it's primarily a Sino-Cambodian restaurant, don't get me wrong! It's been my go-to spot for ages and will be for a long time to come.

The Khmer dishes are excellent, especially the Namyah curries, tamarind soup, and fish Amok, and the portions are generous. Surprisingly, the banh mi are the best I've ever had. The prices are unbeatable and the service is fast. I would gladly return!

We came here on an evening wondering what we should eat in China Town Paris and eventually found this place. First thing we noticed: all women!!! 😍 We love food cooked with love by women and indeed it was delicious! My partner got a Cambodian fish curry noodle soup: 10/10 delicious, fresh, sweet and tangy. Amazing I got a beef noodle soup more similar to a pho but still different and again it was delicious! 10/10 with nice garlic, cilantro (I don’t usually like cilantro but it was just enough), spicy e nice fresh veggies to add to the soup. We also got fried dumplings and they were also really good. Overall, it was a delicious and affordable meal to share while it was raining outside in Paris. Thank you!

Beef satay noodles: excellent! Chicken noodles: the chicken was too dry, and the vegetables tasted weird... Very friendly waitress, and the service was very fast!
