03/08/2026: The service is terrible. McDonald's Happy Meals never come with surprise toys. Every time, we only get a book, and only if we ask for it. Before ordering, I always ask the employee, and they tell me I just need to order a Happy Meal. But once the order is placed, they tell us there's no toy. Honestly, my children are disappointed every time. And there's never a solution: they simply tell us there's nothing they can do.

09/07/2026: I went to the drive-thru to place an order using my loyalty account and two discount coupons I'd earned from my CGR cinema tickets in Sarcelles. The manager on duty categorically refused to apply either discount to my order. According to her, since I was only going through the checkout once, I had to "choose" between my coupons. However, another manager had already accepted both coupons on a previous visit without any problem. This is a blatant lack of consistency in the restaurant's application of rules and a refusal to honor perfectly valid discounts. It's a shame, the customer service is sorely lacking.
