There were five of us, four of whom ordered the ribs, and honestly… what a great find! 🤩 The ribs were absolutely delicious, generous, and perfectly cooked. A real treat from start to finish! Special mention to Romain, our server, who truly deserves to be highlighted: attentive, smiling, professional, and incredibly caring throughout the meal. 👏 We're here on vacation, and three of us are discovering the area. Even though we're not from around here, we're thrilled to have found this place. A wonderful experience, both in terms of the food and the service! Three visits in three weeknights. Three flawless experiences. Arrived late three nights in a row during my stay in Toulouse. A very warm welcome, fairly quick service, and an alternative (Saturday night) was offered for an item no longer available on the menu so I could still be satisfied. No judgment was made regarding my question about the halal certification of the chicken (this isn't the case everywhere). Last visit tonight with Lucia. From arrival to service, including order taking and the speed of service, nothing to complain about. A very pleasant meal, quick, everything I wanted: politeness, respect, smiles, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Everything that every customer hopes to find these days when dining out. At a time when management practices push some staff in many brands to seek a favorable NPS score in order to boost national or local statistics, it's important that managers don't forget that behind these numbers and employee IDs are women and men who do everything they can to ensure we have a positive experience when we visit your establishments, and that they should be rewarded in proportion to their commitment to maintaining the level of service of the brand they represent. A very welcoming place! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service, despite the restaurant being open 24/7. The welcome was perfect, with a team readily available to meet their customers' needs. We enjoyed a sharing platter featuring high-quality, and in some cases, homemade items. The meat was succulent, served with perfectly cooked homemade fries. The team is fantastic, and the outdoor atmosphere with background music made for a perfect summer meal!

Superb setting and an exceptional welcome from a smiling and attentive team! We ordered a sharing platter, and the ingredients were excellent! The main course, a fresh beef gazpacho, was a delight for the taste buds. We were disappointed that we had eaten so well that we didn't try the desserts, which all looked absolutely delicious… we'll definitely be back!
